How is this liner in respect of running/smudging? Loads of things make my eyes water, I'm sick of looking like a demented panda. Does this stay put?

Smudges/runs a little for me after working day length of time. I think it runs away from near my eyelashes as the rest of my flicks look defined. overall a nice fine, precise and opaque eyeliner.

is this item easy to use and durable?

I'm afraid that I found the answer to be "no". I am of a certain age and the line could not be drawn straight, as the brush is long and it dragged my skin. I am sure that younger, firmer skin would react differently, but for me, a pencil liner does the job much better.
