Fantastic find, only have a shower arm in the en-suite bathroom, this has given me the chance to attach a rainfall shower head and an additional hose and handheld shower head, very easy to switch between water from the rainfall shower head only, both or just the handheld shower, doesn’t affect the pressure at all, great find. No leaks, so far so great

Ideal piece of kit. Feels well made, looks good and does the job. The movement is smooth from one position to the other. in the mid-position both outlets flow (i.e. there is no centre off position). I'm using it to connect two shower hoses to one outlet and it does the job perfectly. You can tell from the picture it's not a full bore valve, but the flow through it is good enough that it doesn't notice on a handheld shower.

I needed to control the flow of water to a bidet as it was too punishing, this seemed like a respectable choice and a nice upgrade from the included stock part. The finish accurately reflected the online photographic imagery and it had a sturdy construction, with a sturdy swivel action. In use I can confirm that the part will operate the flow of water to both exists at maximum until the 3pm position (half way), from then on the water is cut off and only supplied to one exit valve, which gradually increases the flow until the 6pm position (maximum). Installation for a novice such as myself was no trouble, the only issue being the valve which infinitely rotates, rather than having the traditional hexagonal nut shape to it, which meant that it had to be hand tightened. Although the internal rubber seal should have prevented the water from leaking, I found that it needed PTFE tape as well as I couldn’t use a tool as with the opposite end.

I bought this due to not being able to find a Cooke & Lewis brand replacement. This was very easy to install & highly recommend this for a replacement. But having said that, I did have to also purchase a 1/2" inch thread pipe connection male x male screwed nipple to attach to the shower. Once all setup & fitted, both main shower head & hand held shower head worked a treat.

Despite being well made, this like so many of these diverters is HIGHLY RESTRITIVE to water flow. The issue is that the flow holes are very small making the supplied restrictions rather pointless.

Received yesterday and had it installed within 15 minutes. Works fine with no discernible reduction in flow, even though I have a gravity fed Mira Shower unit. It states that there are 3*washers in the package, but this is wrong. I only received one, which was a clear washer with a diameter too big and thick for the female recess connector to Mira water supply unit. Fortunately I had ordered a Shower Hose at the same time, which came with an extra two washers. These were the regular sized black ones, you would normally see in half inch shower hose connections and they fitted perfectly, with no leaks. Hand tightened, it works fine ( with Black Shower Hose half Inch Washers ), no need to tighten with tools. I suspect maybe anyone trying to connect it with the supplied washer may have leaks as this is what happened when I tried at first to connect it. I have dropped a Star for this, as it can be misleading for buyers. Would still recommend this product, as long as buyers are aware of the Washer issue and ensure they have the appropriate Washers at hand or purchase them. I bought this to add a second Shower Head so I could leave the original Shower Head in place.
