Picture says 8-11 , advert seems to be for Medium 6-8 which is it please?

Bought these for my husband who is a size 9. I bought size 8 - 11. They fit perfectly.

well im not sure but i would imagine they are made in china or india.They good value and keep my feet nice and warm.
