Worth every penny. Before pregnancy I'd been rather ill and my iron levels were really low. I never missed a day taking these and I never felt stronger. My iron levels went up(!) I don't know if it is related but I had no problem expressing colostrum at 38ish weeks either, built a big supply which was needed after a complicated birth. Great multi vit for pregnancy, used throughout my pregnancy and they were very effective- never dropped below required iron levels for example. They are quite big tablets though for those that struggle to take tablets- to be fair I used to be one of those but after a while of using I found it easier n easier to swallow them.
