does it come with a charger ?

Is this a push button or twist on?

This model is a rubber slider switch, not exactly a push button. The switch is magnetically activated so it is sealed and there is no path at the switch for water into the flashlight. I have one of the twist switch models but found this one to be much easier to control with gloves while diving.

Does the light intensity remain constant throughout the dive?

Yes but not for the retailer’s suggested 90 minutes. From charger in the morning to a Search and Recovery dive in 15 feet of water I had one light fail at 25 minutes and the other at 35 minutes at medium to low intensity.

When i put on the o rings and tighten the end cap, the o rings get pushed down and don't fit under the cap housing. is this the correct fit?

The o-rings need to be together without a gap. The cap should then fit snuggly over the o-rings for a waterproof seal.
