The headline says 1 hp 750 watts. second line says 3/4 hp, 550 watts. model number says csm 3000. below it says item number cfm 1000. which is it?

The CSM3000 is a larger motor by about 1" in length. I have to assume just from the size difference that it is indeed a more powerful motor than the CSM1000. For most people the CSM1000 is probably fine though.

Hello.Can this servo motor be delivered with a 220 volt AC motor?

The Consew website lists the CSM2000 as the 3/4 HP/220V motor and the CSM4000 as the 1 HP/220V motor. However, I can only find the CSM2000 online.

Is there a manufacturer warranty?

I don't recall seeing a warranty. There was very little information and not in English. But the motor was easy to mount and runs great.
