I drink these every single day. I have never felt more hydrated especially while breastfeeding. Easy to mix and tastes great. It’s not very salty so not ideal if you prefer that in electrolytes.

I have been using a different electrolyte product for 4 years, it was tablet form and easy to just pop in to my water and go. However, I just realized the difference in quality between that one and this one! The other kind has wayyyyy too much sodium, and smaller amounts of potassium and magnesium. I made the switch 4 days ago and already feel the difference! The strawberry lemonade flavor is so good! My expectations were low on the flavor, but it is great! The sweetness level is about half of what I was used to with the other product, but that one was at times too sweet. Occasionally I taste the stevia, which I don’t care for, but the strawberry lemonade flavor over powers that most of the time. I put one flat scoop in to 20oz of water twice a day. Will definitely get more and try other flavors!

I like Dr Berg products. He’s a trusted source. Maybe it’s just me and my sugar addiction, but although it doesn’t taste bad, I don’t like the taste of this as much as I used to; and it’s hard to dissolve. It’s probably hard to dissolve because Dr Berg does not use anything unhealthy or artificial in his products. So, that’s not necessarily a bad thing, just a little annoying. It’s a great product though. It’s hydrating, and I like to mix it with my ACV (apple cider vinegar) water. I wish I could buy it more often, but it’s a bit pricey for me. Not complaining though, because it costs for high quality products. And this has all the good stuff in it.

I’ve been using Dr. Berg’s Electrolyte Powder for a while and truly love the product itself. It’s expensive, but it works exactly as advertised and has been a staple in my routine. However, the last two times I purchased this powder from this vendor, the quality has been a major letdown. The second purchase was extremely hard and difficult to chip out of the canister—not ideal, but I managed to get through it. I assumed it was just an old batch and gave them the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately, the third purchase was significantly worse. The powder was rock hard—nearly impossible to break apart—and now I’m likely throwing away the last third of the canister because it’s unusable. At this price point, this level of poor quality control is unacceptable. I can deal with some clumping, but this was way beyond that. I plan to continue using Dr. Berg’s Electrolyte Powder because the product itself is excellent, but I won’t be buying it from this vendor again. Amazon may have the best price, but if the product arrives in this condition, I’m better off paying a bit more at my local health food store where I can ensure the quality.
