This shower arm is lot better than the one I got before, this one does not leak no matter is tide or loose at the connection. And it does not get bent as easy as the last one. It looks great and works great with my shower head. I am very satisfied and happy about this.

I'm a prime member & ordered on a Sunday and received Tuesday. Simple install & found correct height and tightened wing nuts down. No shower head falling as some have said. For those that keep having shower head fall down, please use a tool known as pliers or channel locks. If you dont have those call a plumber.

It looks a lot more sturdy than it is in my opinion. I usually always have to lift it back up cause the weight of the shower head makes it fall slightly down. It works as an extender arm but doesn't stay put like I would like it to.

I am 6’5” and my wife is 6’1” so these are a must in our house. We have had two installed for over a year and they have not leaked or corroded in any way. Great deal and quality made.

Flat shower heads are too heavy for these arms. Too bad. I have 2 of them and don't know what to do with them.

It isn't strong enough to hold my shower head up. I bought it so that I could raise the shower head up and out over my head, but no matter how tight I turn the screws, the shower head eventually slips back down. Annoyed me so much that I just took it down. I only bought this particular one because it was part of the "frequently bought together" grouping (bought the AKDY 9" Rainfall Shower Head.). It's definitely not strong enough to hold it up.
