Short Adjustable Weighted Vest (20)

I had this for a few months and have to say "Hooray"! I was ruck-sacking with weights for about a year and the weight distribution was starting to take a toll on my "almost" senior citizen bod. Switching to this weighted vest has been a blessing to my workout walks and jogs. Being able to adjust the weights by small increments and the balanced placement of the overall weight is a huge plus. I wish the item came with the iron weights instead of the grain-filled bags... but so far, so good; no leakage of the filling.

Well made- good seller- delivered in under 72 hrs. I am 6'3 225#s. plenty of freedom in arms. is a bit snug in chest but i have yet to adjust and snug is good so it does not bounce or slide during exercise. Unless you are a pro athlete or cross fit nut, 20# is more than enough. Have yet to try to take out any weights. They are also snug to inside of vest. Excellent product.

My son is 17, 6'3, and has ASD. Try finding a weighted vest for autism in his size. The 20 lb weighted size sits a little high on him but delivers pressure where he needs it.Helps him with overwhelm.

I am 4’10” and weigh 100lbs. This works well for shadowboxing and running. So if you are small I t will fit you as there is enough Velcro to make it small enough.

It's too big & bulky for my small body frame. Not unisex at all. Looks so awkward

I like this vest a lot, but once the velcro wears out it basically becomes useless.

Awesome weighted vest. 30 minute walk on the treadmill, 100 pull ups, 100 dips, 100 Lunges and 100 push ups as a morning routine. This vest puts a new challenge in my workouts!

Really great vest! Gone on numerous long hikes, very comfortable, durable. No problems at all, highly recommended.
