I really trust New Chapter products for their quality. This product was no exception. I have been taking this product for a month now and it is a great supplement that works wonder as a sleeping aid and as an anti-inflammatory. The only drawback is its higher price point and the smaller portion size bottle. I would however highly recommend, can't got wrong with New Chapter

VIVID, VIVID, VIVID DREAMS....VALERIAN
I have very, very bad insomnia and have had it for many decades following my husband's death in the Viet Nam "conflict." This NIGHTIME turmeric does NOTHING to aid my sleep patterns. But it makes dreams wildly vivid. Not bad dreams ever, but very vivid. From trying many supplements, I believe it is the valerian which causes this effect in many people. And, since I have widespread pain all over my body, if I take this at night, I have noticed that my morning stiffness is somewhat reduced. Not sure if this can help your insomnia or sleep problems and I am not sure if I will order again at this point.....valerian is maybe no go for me and I get plenty of turmeric during the day. Ginger is good for pain too, especially of the arthritic type. So, you MAY want to try this in conjunction with New Chapter's DAYTIME formula......remember if deciding to purchase this or not that I have HORRIBLE sleep patterns but this MIGHT work for you!

It worked most nights
It works for sleep. I didn’t feel much relief for my pain since I have a chronic illness but I did feel it worked for my sleep most nights.

I wanted this to work
Dealing with restless nights. Purchased this to avoid prescriptions. Turmeric is great but didn’t help with sleep as I hoped.

Absolutely the best product I've ever used for sleeplessness
Have always had problems sleeping; have used melatonin sublingual, and it didn't work. This works very well.
