A Good, Solid Beginning
I enjoyed reading this book. It gave me some great ideas about shoe design but it also showed me how other accessories and their manufacturing/industries mesh with shoe design and construction. Great read for anyone studying fashion design and any beginner trying to break into the business.

Terrific book with plenty of design info and patterns
This books is so great I bought two, one for me and another for a daughter. I was primarily interested in the hat and shoe chapters at first, but found much of interest in the entire book. Great detail and design examples and suggestions, with excellent photography and drawings. I highly recommend this book for anyone interested in designing their own clothes and accessories.
