i liked the way it was carefully packed and it looks great .

Maybe not for re-enactment but good quality.

Very well built Roman helmet looks good on my sideboard very well built got to me on time boxing and sent me very well l no complaints with the item of the way it was made would suggest anybody would like one well worth it very heavy very well built

A very poor experience when I got it out of the box I immediately noticed tons of rust, black flakes, bent/warped metal and the left face plate was loose so it would just wobble while the right one stayed put after wiping off all the oil on the helmet I went to assemble the plume only to realise the metal joint where you slide the plooms holster into is also bent and warped so I couldn’t get it in I attempted to just use the strings to tie it on but there was no hope it was too wobbly so I had to take the plooms off I went to put the helmet on and got cut multiple times from sharp metal bits inside the helmet and the insides continued to flake off getting all in my hair and on my face I went to tighten the chin strap which was of very poor quality and was extremely uncomfortable I’am incredibly disappointed the straps are glued on and wouldn’t take much force to snap so I’d recommend only putting this on a shelf also to add onto the straps they twist at the top and rub against your ear
