Jeep tuner doesn't work with my jeep
Wanted a tuner for my 2014 jeep grand cherokee. Ordered the intune i3 8300 first bc 8400 was out of stock and it said hemi, so i figured id try it. Box said dodge but I tried it anyway. "Not currently compatible with connected vehicle." Returned it and got the 8400. Box said jeep. Updated the unit via wifi and got the same "Not currently compatible with connected vehicle." Tried it on my buddys Silverado and it worked immediately. Very pissed. Nothing back from customer service.

Definitely update the software before you install a tune!
This is a great tuner for stock cars. I have a 2010 Jeep Grand Cherokee S Limited with the 5.7. I downloaded the latest software through its WiFi with no problems and put the 91 octane Diablo tune on it. It really woke up this engine up! I change the throttle to 20% and all the shift points to 6400 RPM. I might go back to 5800 or 6000. The transmission is silky smooth now and I can squeak all for tires when I jump on it off the line. Iโm getting a little bite more mpg but the power is now right there waiting for you. For 400 bucks and no other up grades this some what cheap looking tuner really helps all around drive performance. I have 10000 on it and the 0-60 times are better then when it was new Iโm now in the low 6 second range.

No 93 oct/Diablo tune after 2 updates! Customer Service Top Notch
My 2012 GC WK2 5.7 hemi, came from factory with midgrade tune. Unit says 93 Diablo tune not available for truck(not in California). And if returned lose $$$. Best customer support on planet Earth! After contacted, they sent 93 octane tune and truck now is BEAST! BTW Turns off MDS system and very customizable. Highly recommend

Buy it it works great
If you are debating if wether you should buy it or not do it so worth it i can do burn outs now and idk about the saving gas but who cares my jeep is on 35 and on a 3 inch lift and it is relly hevy and it gowes more than 100!!!

Speed limiter
I like the fact that it had a speed limiter,for when I loaned my jeep out.To keep other drivers from abusing my vehicle. It was also easy to set up and use.Tech support was excellent, as usual.I am really satisfied with this purchase.

Not worth the money
Not worth the money. I order one for a Jeep, plugged it in and it just says no tunes available. Customer service is pretty much useless and there is no getting you money back. Save you money!!
