Took some learning at first, but with the correct setting we have just the correct amount to make it comfortable and smelling nice. The smart app integration makes scheduling a breeze, and it effortlessly covers large areas. The build quality is excellent, and the scent dispersion is both consistent and delightful. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a reliable and sophisticated scenting solution! The only one thing looking to understand further is that if BT disconnects from my phone the fan light turns off and not sure is the schedule hours will take place when not connected, but will verify.Love the product though and my wife loves it as well.

For the price, at first may turn you off.... But once you are able to get this thing to work and pick the right scent, this will give your entire house a beautiful smell. If you've ever been to a 4 or 5 star hotel, and not matter where you went within that hotel it had a specific scent, this is similar to the machines they use. It's made of quality material. Does not make any loud noise at all.... You end up realizing after you've spent the money on it that it was indeed worth the price, because it supercedes the value completely.It's easy to put together, I think the lock and key is a waste, if that key gets lost it can become very frustrating, as it will not be easy to open. It should be a screw on instead of a key to lock it.The screen is very confusing, I kind of felt like you have to be an electrical engineer to understand how to use it. The app is okay once you get to understand it, it's not well thought out or user friendly at all, but once you get the hang of it, it becomes bearable.... Now, the app is very buggy, some days it is hard to sign in, other days it kicks you out, and when it does the unit isn't functional unless you manually turn it on. The app only works on wifi, no matter what I tried, the cellular will not work, so I don't understand why it's an option. I would like to turn it on before I get home so I can walk into the house smelling amazing.The scents for this machine are amazing, although expensive, but worth it because as big as this machine is, it really doesn't use a lot of the scent. The app tells you how many days the scent will last, not sure how accurate it is, but I've been using it every day and it says I have 38 days left of usage compared to the 50 days it started with. And when I look at the bottle, I have more than half left.I also tried to use it for the HVAC system, but for some reason it didn't work, I'm sure I did something wrong. With that said, buy it, get it on sale, and you will thank me for it later.

I really wanted to love this!Initially it was ok, but it does not carry smell as per the ratings. It smells good when you’re next to the unit, but not elsewhere. We have an open home plan so it should in theory fill up the space needed.App is ok, but trying to get the smell to broadcast is the major issue.6 month review!I put the thing on full blast, burned through a whole bottle in the 15 days. That worked but it can and will get expensive.

Hooked it up yesterday and I love it!!! My home is about 1000sqft and I started it on a Grade 5, 5:240 and it’s pretty strong. But I wanted to hurry up and get the scent throughout my home. Dropping down to a grade 3 to get more of a subtle scent. Purchased my oils from Honey and Hive Candle Co. if you’re wondering if it’s worth it, IT IS. As soon as you see a sale, buy it! No more plug-ins, empty candle jars, worrying about a lit candle, spraying something before guests come in. Now I’m super excited to find a signature scent for my home, find seasonal scents. Set up and install was pretty easy. I just wish this one had more of a bracket that hung across the back. I installed mine to hook up to the AC unit. PERFECTION.

The fragrance is strong, clean, and long-lasting, just like walking into a luxury space.After reading some one-star reviews, I genuinely think some people may be using the wrong type of oil. This is a nebulizing diffuser, which means it is designed for pure aroma oils specifically made for cold-air diffusion. You should not use oils meant for reed diffusers or oils diluted with carrier oils. Those are too thick and can clog the system or keep it from working properly.It is also important to understand that this diffuser is not meant to run 24/7. It works by releasing scent in short bursts every few minutes, which is how it maintains a consistent fragrance without using too much oil. The instructions explain this clearly, and it’s really important to read them. If you expect it to run nonstop like a water diffuser, it may seem like it is not working when it actually is.If you use the right oils and follow the instructions, this diffuser performs beautifully. I highly recommend it!
