RV Camper Cord Adapter 15A Male to 30A Female 12inch Power Connector (CR1530)

We just downsized to a smaller Motorhome with 30a service from a larger unit with 50a. I have a power pole at my home where we keep the unit and is wired for 50a. I did not want to re- wire and honestly the 50a is better for us in case friends come to see us with their larger RVs. This converter plug was the ticket, and this brand has high marks on line. My order came promptly and kept me from having to drive 60 miles to the closest RV store just to find out they might not carry this particular amperage step down plug. 5 stars im very happy with the product and love the easy grip.

I have a 30 ft travel trailer with 30 amp service. Many RV parks have only 50 amp service so I needed this reducer to 30 amp. Every time I went to order it I forgot which one I needed as in which configuration male or female etc. I finally took pictures of my travel trailers wire cable ends which worked because I received the right one first time! This connector is very manly and makes me look like I know what I'm doing even though I do not know what I'm doing.

We bought this product for our camper which has a 30 amps plug, and the camp site we are staying at only has 50amps outlet. This adapter works great and has not caused us any problems in the 2 weeks of using it. It seems to be heavy duty and well built.

Ordered this to use on the RV when parked at the house, works flawlessly and is made very well I cannot find anything wrong with this item it is very sturdy and extremely well made.

The dog bone goes from a 120amp to a 30amp plug..It's great to use when you have only a 120 plug available. You will not be able to use all your appliances in you RV but will be able to run your lights and refrigerator and TV just don't run everything at once. A good item to have just in case you may need it..

My only note would be if you're using a surge protector it will hang down on to the ground if the power pedestal is short. This wasn't an issue for me. It arrived on time as promised and worked as described. Plugged into a 50 amp at the pedestal and plugged my 30 amp into the other end. Everything worked without any issues.

I bought this for times when I pull into my assigned site and the 30A receptacle is damaged or electrically unsound. Then I'd be able to use the 50A receptacle. The adapter seem very sturdy but it remain in its' plastic bag curled up next to my 30A extension cord.

We were carrying both 30 and 50 AMP adapters, and a 30 AMP extension cord, so we could hook up at any campsite, with 30/50 AMP, or just 30 AMP. Until we found a campsite with only a 50 AMP receptacle, but it was too far away to use our 50 AMP main cord, and we didn't have an adaptor to use our 30 AMP extension cord. This adapter fixes that problem.
