Would have given this company 5 stars for the product and price. My issue was with the shipping company who damaged the top of the unit but my contractor was able to bend the metal back. And I had to take 2 days off of work because the shipper did not deliver on the appointment date as scheduled. Other than that I would buy from this company again.

I would recommend this company to any and everyone that needs a unit. The day after I placed the order, they contacted me to say thank you for doing business with them and to let me know that they would stay in contact with me through the whole delivery process. Not only did they stay in contact but they also tracked my delivery to make sure it was arriving when it was supposed to. I was really impressed. When the unit arrived, it had a small dent in it but my ac technician assured me that it would not affect the units performance. My technician installed the unit and it worked like a champ. Money well spent.

This multi directional unit was a great buy and I sincerely recommend this supplier over the local supply house. Better price and on time delivery. The right unit the first time!

They sell it like you have everything you need. I literally had to buy all the parts that go inside there. This is not a good deal.....warning

Both units arrived on palates and shrink wrapped. I put them in garage until ready for use and when I opened for installer there were body damages to both units that seemed to be covered up by the packaging and not visible on receipt… not sure when the damage occurred. It does not seem to affect the unit but disappointing to receive a $2,500 material in that condition.
