I bought two of these for myself and a coworker. It is perfect for our quick office workouts. I even use it while in zoom meetings to keep active. Many ways to use it.

Bought this rope for exercise in the winter at a senior citizen center. Worked perfectly. I have my own equipment and don’t have to worry about touching other equipment. That’s not sanitized well.. The color is true to picture. The rope is well quality. It looks very well connected to the handles and works as expected..

I am tall, 5'8", and I find this band isn't great so someone my height (or taller). Works fine for arm work, but not great for leg work of standing up.
