Worked like it was supposed to.

I returned the item as it didn't work for me. But they are not initiating refund

Intuitive set up and worked as advertised

Plugged in my old hard drive and my new computer recognized it immediately and was able to recover all my documents, music and pictures within minutes. It was so simple it was hard to believe. I just followed the instructions and it was just like looking at another hard drive in file manager. I just copied and pasted the entire directories onto my new computer. It was that easy. My old computer would not boot from the old hard drive any longer but with this device I was able to recover everything I needed to my new computer.

I had a stack of old IDE and SATA drives from over the years. I ordered this and was able to retrieve a large amount of data from the drives that still wanted to talk to me.I'd recommend this.
