I recently picked up this Boldfit Hot/Cold Pack, and it has quickly become a staple in my home first-aid kit. It’s large enough to cover a knee, shoulder, or lower back, but compact enough to be portable for travel. Reusable & Eco-friendly: Much better than one-time-use patches; you just pop it back in the freezer or drawer after use. Pro Tip: Always follow the instructions on the back! Using a towel or a wrap between the pack and your skin is a must to prevent any temperature burns, especially since this pack holds its temperature for a good amount of time.

It's very useful works well But don't put into freezer compartment

heat and cold retention is good, but item was damaged after a few uses and is leaking now have to discard it. it's a bit small for neck (my use case) cold treatment and does not mold properly to your body since it becomes solid after keeping in freezer(to be expected i guess).

Extremely useful and very fine quality

I recently purchased the Boldfit Ice Pack and I must say it has been extremely helpful. The quality of the material is durable and the gel inside stays cold for a long time. It cools down quickly in the freezer and is ready to use whenever needed. I used it for swelling and minor injuries, and it provided instant relief. I have used it for a week now and almost every day and definitely more than two times. I read the reviews and made sure not to keep it in the freezer for more than 3-5 mins and mostly I keep it in the fridge. I get to use it for 15 minutes before it reaches an almost room temperature in a non AC room. Packing is good. No tear so far. The gel inside moves well. Only tried it as a cold pack. Did not microwave it yet. All in all it works well enough for me. It's convenient and good enough size to place it near the area I need. The pack used is not irritating to my skin and is comfortable. Was able to fold it a little to apply to the side of my foot. Not too heavy either. As long as you don't put it in the freezer for too long I think the gel pack will be ok to use. I put it in the outer cover and then place it in my fridge.
