I purchased this alongside a dental kit to get some of the plaque off my teeth as getting signed in with a local dentist/hygienist is damn-near impossible. I can honestly say I saw and felt a difference first time. Albeit I did some scraping and polishing as well as using this toothpaste thing, but it genuinely did lift some stains from caffeine and smoking on the first use. My mum even said she noticed a difference and said they looked cleaner! The taste is good, the ease of use is simple as brushing your teeth normally, the tub came intact, the quantity you get for your money is impeccable. I would recommend for anyone struggling to get booked into a dental office or even too scared to go because you know they say no sugar, no smoking, no caffeine, blah blah blah. I’m so pleased and will continue to use this, I’ve spent way too much money on scam teeth whitening but this product is the real deal. 10/10 5 stars

I used this once with a mechanized brush and got the results that would have saved me £50/tooth - only 2 months ago! Mind you, I used this powder with a tool I obtained from Amazon (see URL at end), but this indeed delivers what it promises. Oh! how I wished I knew that just a couuple of months ago. If you are a young-ish person be aware that this SHOULD NOT BE USED TOO FREQUENTLY as the top enamel can wear away and never get back (as with all harsh, abrasive products). So: Use your head and make sure that this is the appropriate thing for you at your age. I am a long term smoker and my teeth, in particular the lower ones were very stained and looked quite horrible, especially along the gum line. I tried all the products from High Street stores including those gum shield type things to no avail. I didn't want to go to the dentist to have them cleaned. So I ordered this product and I'm so glad I did, it does the job quickly and easily, and I now have stain free teeth, including along the gum line which were the last stains to disappear. Don't waste cash on those products in the shops, get this. The taste is quite neutral and I used it just like using toothpaste. One tip is to get yourself a vibrating toothbrush, not one of the expensive ones with multiple heads, just a cheap one from the toothbrush stand, I'm sure that speeded up the process. Depending on your staining it might take a couple of weeks just using it when you would normally brush your teeth, mine were bad, but with no effort I now have good looking teeth again. Similar to the stuff used in the dentist (in terms of how it feels in use), this seems to be reasonably effective but don't expect to see anything right away. It needs a good mouth rinse after use. I'll more than likely order this again but would try a different flavour. Good value because even after using this quite a few times, we've hardly made an impression on the first pot.

Does the job. Clean the dirt behind teeth. Not all of it of course but most of it.
