Finished size is 2 3/4 “ square.

Q: Which is it 2 3/4 sq or 2 inch sq thats a big difference?

It's actually two different dies. One die is 2-3/4 and it folds up to make like a little folder. The other die is 2 inches and it doesn't fold. I use it by cutting two times, putting something in the middle then gluing them together. The photo which has the butterfly in the middle is the 2-3/4 inch die with the fold. It is an awesome die and I use it quite often. It's definitely worth the purchase price if you are looking for something to easily make specimen cards.
