Can i hook up garden hose to this?

You need 3/4" npt to 3/4" gardon hose adapter femail type. Most people get confused about garden hose thread type. Some garden hose's hold npt and other garden thread type which contains. Wider threads. Make some research before buying.

Will this remove sulfur smell from well water?

I don't really know if it will with these exact filter cartridges. I did not have a sulfur problem when I bought mine, but if it doesn't you should be able to get a cartridge that will remove it.

The container that holds the filters are they all clear.

Mine have a blue tint to them, but you can see through it.
