Speakers sound great
Little tricky setting up Bluetooth to the stereo.

Great versatile speakers for the price
Great speakers, easy setup, and they sound great. They don't sound, look, or feel cheap. I would not consider myself a speaker snob by any means, but I can tell cheap speakers when I hear them. These are not those. I mainly use them with my turntable in my home office, but I have also used the Bluetooth function to connect to my phone. I really didn't care about having a remote, but it truly is a godsend when I am listening to records so I can mute the sound when I need to take a phone call for work. I've had them setup for about a week, and so far I have zero complaints. I would say they are a great value for the money paid. If anything changes I will update my review.

OK small room powered speakers
For a bookshelf speaker, these sound really good. Being 4-in, they're limited in low bass of course. The big problem is volume - they don't have enough amplifier power. They're claiming 15W RMS, but I questioned that. They're gentle speakers in the kitchen. They're not big stereo living room speakers. But the sound quality is just excellent and they work flawlessly. My only minor complaint is I would like more power; they're only 15 watts RMS, where closer to 30 would be nice. I think this company is doing a great job! I would like to see one more in their series, maybe a 5-in, or MTM 4-in bass reflex, or a 5-in, with about 40 or 50W RMS. I would jump at them.

Decent for the Price
We bought these for our son to go with a Bluetooth turntable. They sound great for the money — not tinny at all. He’s picky about speakers, but no complaints.

Decent sounding but the output is waaay to low.
The sound is fine for the price point but it is waaaay too low to listen to. I feel like my Alexa’s speaker is louder and it’s half the size of one speaker, will refund and look for something bigger I suppose.

Sounds great, love the extra options and the remote
Sounds great! I love the options for the Bluetooth and aux connection built in, and the remote is an added bonus. Super easy to set up with my turn table, and now I can use the speaker to play stuff of my phone via Bluetooth too!

Very pretty sound ok
I originally hated these speakers. They sounded worse than my cheap portable bluetooth speaker. I adjusted both the speaker settings and my equalizer. My first thoughts are below. I mainly use line in to play flac files as I think the audio improvement over MP3 and bluetooth is worth it. After using bluetooth from my phone and getting good (better than line in) sound i was confused so I tried again. I found that if you use no equalizer at all the whole spectrum of sound is MUCH improved. I wonder if these are not processing internally the line in so that if you use equalizer it ends up over driving. With flat equalizer and just adjusting the bass and treble with the remote the sound is actually what I would expect from $100 dollar amplified speakers and they are pretty and well made. Original thoughts. I bought these for a PC that I was temporarily using an Anker $26 portable bluetooth speaker on in line in mode. I was greatly surprised when the Electohome Speakers in line in mode were a step down in sound quality. The little Anker is a very nice speaker for $26 but... The Electrohome's are very pretty, operate well and include a reasonable manual. If they sounded good I would be thrilled. I'm not a bass fan, don't want to shake a room or even have bass as a dominant part of my sound as some people like. These have almost no bass whatsoever, the mids are muddy sounding and scratchy like they are over driven. Highs? thin and reedy.. I'm not much of a returner, so this was a waste of $109 dollars. I cannot imagine why there are reviews stating they have good sound unless you are comparing to a $10 portable transistor radio or cell phone sound. They are pretty, seem well made if not well engineered for sound. They will go fairly loud and max volume is about what I expected. I really expected better sound quality than my $26 small portable Anker. After turning off equalizer I actually like these speakers. They should mention that in the manual if they are actually manipulating the audio in and equalizer settings can easily result in over driven sound.

Solid speakers for the price
Bought these speakers for my iMac and they sound great when playing music. Again these speakers will not blow away an avid music enthusiast that will want the best but for the price (under $150) they are a much better speaker that provides some clarity and punchy sound to an entry level speaker which make them a solid option for a cheaper turntable set up or for a computer since they also have a variety of ways to play music from Bluetooth to plugging in. Another great feature is the remote as it is a good size remote with solid buttons which surprised me for a less expensive speaker. Very responsive with the volume and also when powering on/off. Set up is pretty easy - use the audio cord for my iMac and the rca plugs. Have not used the other features much so can’t comment on that set up much. Did briefly use the Bluetooth and works fine but my main use for these is via connecting a cable of some kind so if you are mainly looking for a Bluetooth speak then maybe look elsewhere as these are fine but maybe not the easiest to connect. Only issues I have come across are they could be bit louder and wish the power cord was a bit longer as can make it a little harder to plug them in if they are in spot that is a bit further away or less convenient. Overall a solid speaker for a speaker between $100 - $150 that sounds better than some similar priced speakers like a set of moukey speakers I previously bought for a turntable - so since these have a better sound I may be moving them to the turntable to get better sound.

A perfectly fine speaker
Ok, so true audiophiles will hate these speakers as they don't require an amp or anything. In really simple terms, they are basic bookshelf speakers. They have good sound. They are of decent quality. Are they Klipsh? No. However, since most of us don't have Klipsh-level money, you get what you pay for. They have excellent sound for the price. They also have Bluetooth, which is nice for when your wife doesn't want to listen to your records anymore. The only criticism is that the dial for the volume feels a bit...cheap. I am gentle with it because it feels like it may fall off. That could just be mine though, so I would still recommend this set.

Perfect Room Filling Sound
For the longest time I had a nice pair of KEF's in the living area, and wanted to go to Bluetooth to allow for more flexibility for controlling the music source. I looked at the Edifier series, and then realized they were "near-field" and given the open space I wanted to fill, I need to relook. These Electrohome speakers showed up in a recent search, and after reading the reviews thought they'd be worth a try, especially since they were considerably less expensive than other comparable speakers. Took about 10 minutes to set them up, and instantly was impressed by the simple steps to get them going, and the immediately good sound! The instructions said they'd take 10-12 hours to "break in" due to the design of thee main cone, but they sounded excellent immediately. Very satisfied with these speakers - a week later and they continue to sound great - warm, deep bass, crisp highs, defined stereo spread - high quality for a bookshelf type speaker!
