Fantastic walking poles. Easy to use
The Black Diamond Z Poles are simple to use and have made my dog walks easy as I can carry one pole on my rucksack or waist bag whilst having my dog on his lead then when off lead I can quickly assemble the second pole for rough terrain. They are very light weight to use and carry. The only issue I had was changing the tips as I have arthritis so had to ask for help.

Lightweight Z poles
Exactly as advertised-extremely lightweight and can be stored in small rucksack. Ideal if you need extra help on occasional slope or steps. Not for continuous heavy use.

Top quality walking poles
Very pleased with these. Very quick to unfold and make rigid. Very lightweight too.

Altbewerter Trailrunning-Stock in der Alu-Ausführung. Absolut empfehlenswert, wenn es nicht unbedingt oder gerade kein Kohlefaser-Verbund sein soll. Die Black Diamond Stöcke zeichnen sich durch Robustheit und Einfachheit aus. Gleichzeitig sind sie bequem, die Griffe haben guten Grip und ich persönlich würde sie Kork vorziehen. Im Vergleich zu Leki sind die Handschlaufen schmaler und weniger einfach einstellbar. Ist für mich kein Problem, da ich sie während des Laufens nicht verstelle. Ob die Handschlaufen auch fürs Nordic Walking funktionieren, also um den Stock mit offener Hand weit nach hinten raus zu schieben, kann ich nicht beurteilen.

These poles are very light, fold down to a very compact size, and are easy to adjust. This combination makes them great for trailing running. My first time using them I ran a 10 miles race with >4,000 feel of climbing, and they were perfect!
