Among the best breath mints I've used. Truly refreshing and long-lasting. One thing though, these are very strong in flavor and a roommate said he could smell them ten feet away! That of course, is why I chose Barkley mints, most are equally potent and flavorful. Excellent.

If you're a black licorice fan, you will like these! They aren't overly strong, semi-sweet, and overall the flavor is very good.

If you are looking for a tasty treat or you want metal tins, stop reading, these are a great choice. However, if you are looking for a "curiously strong" breath mint, keep looking. There is not enough cinnamon punch in these to do anything about your breath.

Wanted to find a mint similar to various brands but in spearmint flavor. It was difficult reading description as to whether the Barkleys contained xylitol or sorbitol. Google says it contains both. Took a chance and subsequently read where sorbitol is the main sweetener. Taste is different from those with xylitol. These are going into the trash but I'll keep the tins.

I found out about these mints from a British TikTok Influencer and said I need to find these and try them and guess what I did and fell in love. The taste is amazing as well as the texture of the mints. Not a lot of sugar in them and the ease of digesting is wonderful almost like melt a way mints. You get a lot of value for your money and the quality of the tin as well as the mints are bar none. I keep buying these for not just myself but others too.

I am amazed how many good reviews this got. For about 5 seconds, it has a good licorice taste, then it turns into tasting like something burnt or some strange chemicals. I love licorice and I know what it tastes like. I've had dried licorice root from the health food store and it tastes good. I just chew it a little then keep it my mouth a while, then spit it out. So I DO know what REAL licorice tastes like! Maybe they had something go horribly wrong while making a batch and it didn't get "recalled"? If I could give this a negative star, I would.
