As we get older, we have even greater problems reaching the areas on our backs that develop dry patches of skin. I've had this for three days and am pleased with the applicator. It came with 4 pads, but I'm finding that the pad that I'm using is easy to clean and feels clean and dry after a quick rinse. The pad fits on the handle tightly and the rubber grip on the wooden handle fits tightly and the whole lotion applicator seems sturdy. The applicator head is a dense foam and seems not to absorb the lotions. It came with four applicator pads so if they breakdown I'll just replace it. Amazon advertises additional replacement pads if I need more. Will update this review if I have a problem with this applicator.

While the product does make it easier to apply lotion to hard-to-reach areas, the price does not justify the value provided. I would not recommend this product to others at its current price point. If you're in the market for a lotion applicator, I'd suggest exploring more affordable options that offer similar functionality. Unless the manufacturer revises the pricing or adds more features to justify the cost, I would caution against investing in this product.

I gave it 4 stars because if the lotion is very liquidity it doesn’t stay so it can get kinda messy. Other than that it reaches where I can’t and it’s pretty sturdy. It is light weight and easy to use.

I was wondering how this would work when I bought it. I am happy to say that this product works great! No more itchy back! Very good quality, wood handle and easy to use. Has 4 loads that can be washed and even a non slip grip of rubber on the handle.

I bought this 2 years ago, and it's still working great!
