Works great (so far), great price, worth the buy!
It's always a gamble buying a phone that's renewed/refurbished, because you hope you're going to get what the seller actually promises (as opposed to a disappointing/broken/non-working product). This isn't my first refurbished phone, but I'm always a little anxious spending the money on something I HOPE is going to be good (as opposed to brand-new/unused). I bought this phone in refurbished/excellent condition. After reading multiple reviews on multiple refurbished phone listings on Amazon, my biggest concern was (always is) getting one with a damaged screen, cameras, or having it not truly be unlocked. I've had this phone less than 24 hours, but here's my take SO far (I can't speak for other people, these are just my experiences): 1) Yes, it was (for me) truly, 100% unlocked. Not even an ex-carrier logo when I first turned it on! (My previous 'unlocked' refurbished phone has a T-Mobile logo when turned on) I was quite happy/impressed about this. 2) No scratches (that I could see) on the front/touchscreen. There are multiple, TINY scuffs on the sides (not part of the touchscreen)/top edge/bottom edge of the phone - which I fully expected w/ a refurbished phone, and I'm totally fine with it (and this is if I'm REALLY nitpicking - they're really not that bad, though. It's just not FLAWLESS, which - again - I'm fine with). 3) 99% flawless on the backside - the ONLY thing I can see is a TINY scuff on the edge of one of the cameras (not the actual camera/glass screen itself), and this is cosmetic - it doesn't affect the quality of the camera (that I've noticed). 4) S-Pen pops out like it should, seems to be fine. 5) Charges just fine so far - both wireless and wired. 6) Popped in my SIM card (US Mobile, uses T-Mobile network), and it worked instantly. No phone/SIM-related problems so far. Everything - and I mean everything (data, wallpapers, photos, Samsung Notes from my previous phone, sounds/ringtones, apps, folders, etc) - transferred from my old phone perfectly (Samsung Smart Switch app). 7) Fingerprint reader works fine for me so far - and that's with a plastic-y (TPU?) screen protector that I put on it. I haven't noticed any real issues thus far - if anything changes, I'll update my review. OVERALL: For me, yes it's definitely worth the money. If you're considering it and you're on the fence (and I understand why you might be), I say go for it. I'm very satisfied, hopefully nothing changes in time. Buying refurbished is a great way (in theory, lol) to save money while still getting a phone you really want (I think they're normally way overpriced anyway). Shipping was great (got mine the next day!), no issues with packaging (very safe/secure), and the phone - while not literally FLAWLESS - still looks great, works great, and I look forward to using it for a long time to come! A great buy overall!

Known network connection issue horrible return policy
Absolute worst experience I have ever had with Amazon or a seller. I was so excited when my phone came in it looked perfect everything seemed great. Not one single visible imperfection until I installed my SIM card. Then nothing. The phone would not connect on any network we tried Att, Verizon, T-Mobile, Google Fi, and Visible. I put the same SIM cards in my brother's identical phone and his worked fine. I connected the phone to Wi-Fi magically the network connects and says the device is registered on Verizon network. No matter where I went regardless of which network or SIM, (ESIM or physical we tried both) the phone would not work on any network without being connected to Wi-Fi.(I live in a rural area our only options are satellite) After research I found this was a known issue with this device I reached out to the seller and got a standard automated message. No help at all. I reached out to Amazon where was told I would have to return the item. I let them know that was not financially feasible for me I needed to do an exchange. Amazon said they would reach out to the seller & find out if an exchange would be available. I was told no, I need to reach out to the seller myself to try and work something out. I reached out to the seller they responded with an obvious automated template explaining again that it would be up to Amazon. This phone was purchased out of necessity because my 22+ had a cracked screen and was showing obvious signs of impending death. The day after I transferred all of my information from my 22+ to the 22Ultra my 22+ succumbed to nearly 3 years of daily use. This phone is not a luxury item to me but a necessity for work and school. If nearly $500 is a substantial amount of money to you I highly suggest looking into Amazon's return policy and the seller's responsiveness. Also their ability to correct their mistakes without putting undue financial on someone who's only mistake was not thoroughly researching the seller's and Amazon's policies . Again the phone looked fantastic. The camera functioned as it should. The phone registered on the Verizon network every time I was connected to Wi-Fi. I would receive all of the text messages. As soon as I left Wi-Fi the phone said no network and emergency calls only. This may be a one off with this seller their reviews are great but unfortunately I received a dud & no customer service to go with it. Still waiting on acknowledgement of my return. Amazon can see it was delivered to them but not picked up. Their tracking shows I haven't even picked it up.

I received exactly what I was expecting!
Ive purchased this exact phone before from a different site. It was very laggy and the display colours seemed off, and would overheat on the charger.. 2 months later the screen burned out. This phone already seems to be much better. No lagging and the display is great! It doesnt burn up when charging either. I opted for a refurbished phone in "excellent" condition. The one I received was just that. The only damage I could see is around the top and bottom edges of the phone where a case was on and clearly rubbed against it. No visible scratches any where on the phone or camera/screen. Practically brand new. There was some grime packed in around the edges of all the camera lenses that wasnt cleaned off prior to shipping that I had to clean myself. Regardless it's a win for me. Would purchase again from this seller

4 out of 5
4 out of 5 stars. Looked new, had a few minor scratches. Only issue I had was the esim port was not reading the esim so I had to go with another option. Update 5/6/2026 Phone would not connect to any network. Phone was unlocked to be used on any phone carrier. Phone is a 9 out of 10 all around. Seller was notified no issues so phone is being sent back.

Powerful, complete and with excellent camera
The Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra 5G is a high-end phone that stands out for its performance and versatility. Its screen is impressive, with vivid colors and great fluidity, ideal for watching content or working. The S Pen is a great addition, very useful for taking notes or editing with precision. As for the cameras, they offer excellent quality both day and night, with very good levels of detail and zoom options. Overall performance is fast and smooth, hassle-free for multitasking or demanding applications. As points to improve, the battery could last a little longer with intensive use, and the price is high. Even so, it is an excellent option if you are looking for a premium device with practically everything you can ask for.

PHONE IS MANUFACTURED DEFECTIVE
DO NOT PURCHASE THIS MODEL!! THEY ARE FACTORY DEFECTIVE!! DO YOUR RESEARCH AND YOU'LL SEE THIS PHONE SHOULD BE RECALLED!! I really did enjoy this phone while it only lasted for about first six months. Then comes the devastating issues. The Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra 5g was and is being sold with now known manufacturing defects. The internal antenna disconnects unreasonably too easy. This phone can't even be dropped from 2-3 ft with a nice case. The antenna broke/came loose inside the phone 3 different times. The first time it just started showing "Emergency Calls Only" on the top left of the screen and this 🚫 where 5g should be on the top right side. This happened over 20 times a day, and after driving me insane for a couple days I took the case off and it had a small crack on the lower right side of the back glass. ( I've never had a phone crack inside a case before). So I got the back glass repaired. Then the next day the phone begins doing the same thing again, having no service more time than functioning correctly. So now's the next diagnosis saying the antenna needs replacing and the charging port must be replaced with an antenna repair. It worked for about 2 weeks and did the same thing again and there was no accidents or damage done to cause it. By now I'm way too frustrated and take it back and use the warranty of the repair shop. So I bought this phone for about 599.00 in July of 2024 and since then the screen cracked through a screen cover, the back glass broke through a strong case and I've had to get the antenna repaired 2 or 3 times now and now the phone is doing it again. It only lasted 2 weeks and now I can only count on it at home with WiFi. I've got over 1 thousand dollars in a phone that should've been 100% Recalled and Replaced with a different model. I hope it was only this year and this specific model. SADLY this has turned me to really considering going to an iPhone. I also had to change phone carriers(Boost Infinite to Mint mobile) bc at first I didn't think it was the phone causing the problems. And I've bought 10-12 accessories just for this phone. Not counting my Samsung Galaxy Watch and Galaxy Earbuds. This Phone has left me stranded before and now it's just left a devastating aftermath of WASTED MONEY AND TIME!!

I'm finally loving a phone again
First, about the vendor. If I could give ten stars, I would. Professionally packaged, they included a screen protector and a charger brick, which Samsung does not. Not high amperage, but better than nothing. Also a USB C cord and the SIM tray ejector pin. What's not to love? The condition was as if brand new, the S pen was included. And 512GB of memory? Wow! No more dealing with SD cards and figuring out where things are stored. All for $424 and 12 months to pay with no interest on my Amazon CC. My history of of cellular phones goes back almost 40 years to car phones. As to PCS hand held phones, 25 years. Many Nokias, then Windows Phone, then very grudgingly, Android, only because my beloved 950XL does not have voice over data and technology moved on. I got a Samsung A52. I have had phones that I didn't particularly like, but none have I hated as much as that A52. SO many stupid things, constant misbehaviors. I can't tell you how many times I threw that puppy against the wall. Good thing it has a great case. Well, Mr. Samsung. All is forgiven with this S22 Ultra. This is the first phone I've ever had that did not allow a "no lock" option. I've never had reason to lock my phone from prying eyes or fingers. No big secrets and I don't lose my phones. Anyway, this phone requires some form of security...god, I've come to hate that word...but I found the fingerprint unlock to work well, so that hurdle crossed without pain. I really, really hate doing things on the tiny screen and keyboard of a phone. The Microsoft Phone Link has been a god send, letting me use a big monitor, keyboard and mouse for messages and other purposes. SO much nicer and easier. Well, it just got better with the Samsung DeX feature. Plug the phone into a USB port on the PC and now you have a work station. (Historical note: My Windows Phone could do this with the optional docking station a decade ago.) Now I can use the Samsung Snapseed (like Adobe Lightroom, but FREE!) and ExpertRAW apps with the comfort of a real keyboard and mouse. A number of YT reviewers complained about the battery life. Gee, I'm running video games and movies all day, why does the battery suck? Even then, they reported that it could run all day. I'm happy to report that with the light duty of phone, text, some GPS, and other odds and ends, the battery life is great. Down 20-30% after a day of that kind of use. The Samsung Camera app is thorough and easy to use. I say this having tried other camera apps, and even a short lived Pixel 8 phone. I ditched that in less than a day, the camera app was SO clunky. Then in the hardware background, the Ultra claims to have a larger sensor...this is always good...than its S22 cousins and with a higher pixel count. 108MP? Wow. My first digital camera had 2.1MP. The S pen and note feature is amazing and I'm just starting to learn all of its capabilities. The phone updated to Android 14 and 6.1 OneUI w/o issue. Samsung guarantees several more years of OS upgrades and seven years of security upgrades. The summary is that for only the third time in 25 years do I love a phone and not just tolerate it. I can't imagine someone not liking this phone, and the differences between this and the just out S25 are not worth $1000 bucks.

Worth buying. No problems
Phone is exactly as described. 512 gigs of memory. 12 gigs of ram. Works well when editing videos. Phone was in perfect condition, except for one minor scratch on the corner. Glad I didn't listen to the bad reviews. I've always bought refurbished phones. Never had a problem.

Very nice!!
Full disclaimer, I have only just opened the packaging (which was packaged very nice, bubble wrap envelope for the device itself and then a piece of with larger style bubbles bubble wrap, included was the phone, brand new charger/cord) sealed with a piece of tape around the entire box. I have only taken a look at the device so far and won't be using it until my case comes tomorrow but it is in excellent condition!! There is one tiny small scratch by the charging port, it is of no concern whatsoever and at the back around the cameras there is some light scuffs again nothing that concerns me at all. I did test my sim card as I do have a provider that has caused issues when switching devices in the past. This was not the issue and worked perfectly! I have not went and looked to make sure that the device has been tampered with but I will do that tomorrow after I put my screen protector and case on the device. I don't think there will be any issues and if I don't come back on here then everything is perfect and I am more than pleased with this purchase from these guys! Thanks for being honest and legitimate! I will buy again in a heart beat from these guys!
