Great smart upgrade
Quick and easy setup in the app. Love that I can control it from my phone. I replaced a non-smart hygger light that had a power supply that went bad and was out of warranty (great excuse for an upgrade right?).

My favorite lights.
I love these lights. Super customizable. And the timers super convenient. My plants are growing like crazy. I have 4 and am going to get one more for my 5th tank soon.

Light is Great . Had a malfunction issue and reached out to customer service. I got immediate response and Luna helped me resolve the issue very quickly . I’m a happy customer .

Not a great light. I expected more from hygger. The app is useless. We sent ours back and found a much better light

Misleading information
I bought this expecting a true programmable light cycle I could set and forget. Unfortunately, the schedule does not run independently. The “smart” features rely on a Bluetooth connection, and when my phone leaves range, the light stops following the schedule and stays on. There’s no physical controller or real onboard timer but only basic buttons on the light. If you’re looking for a light that runs a reliable sunrise/sunset schedule without needing your phone nearby all day, this isn’t it. I’ve contacted support to see if maybe i’m doing something wrong but as of right now this product is sort of scammy.
