Are these paper made like cut-rite paper and wont get danage by steaming?

I don’t know about steaming but we used them in air fryer and they were fine

can cupcake wrappers be used without a cupcake pan?

Possibly in a round cake pan with them placed together as I’ve never tried it though

It is made in China, food-grade natural material, nice greaseproof, easy to separate, high heat resistant , excellent quality!

Could these be used for coffee in single serve makers?

I’ve only used them in mini muffin pans. I don’t think they would be large enough to hold coffee.

Good size

Good size of cupcake liners. Some are super small and short, these fit perfect in my tin and give my cupcakes the perfect size. Very durable and don’t rip!
