Capture Me: The Complete Trilogy [Zaires, Anna] on desertcart.com. *FREE* shipping on qualifying offers. Capture Me: The Complete Trilogy Review: Hold on to you fantasies - A Juicy read. Not for the sexually uninitiated. A spy and a skilled bad boy find love and satisfaction on almost every page. Seems love and skill can overcome anything. Yum. Review: Nothing like an intense spy story & a sizzling romance in one! - Thoroughly loved The Capture Me Trilogy. The characters are compelling with a plot that weaves a hot, romantic, and thoroughly thrilling tale of a spy, a mercenary, and the lengths to which they will go to protect one another and their families. Lucas - the guy who turned away from his wealthy family when they turned away from him because he wanted to serve in the military - falls squarely into the 'Alpha Male' category. Strong, commanding, and a sexual beast who, deep down, has a heart of gold and will go to any length to protect Yulia, the woman with whom he falls in love. But Yulia isn't the typical damsel-in-distress often found in so many other stories. Yes, she's beautiful. But she's so much more than that. She's a spy who was recruited as a kid when she and her younger brother were orphaned. Of course, to say she was recruited isn't quite correct because she was given an ultimatum - join the super covert organization or the life of her three-year-old brother, who was not doing well at the orphanage, would be even worse. And Yulia would do anything to protect him. Even if it means going deep undercover as an interpreter for a notorious drug lord whose personal security detail is led by Lucas. They spend one night together and then everything unravels. Lucas feels as though he's been betrayed by Yulia when she was never privvy to 'the big plan' and her part in it. Yulia put his life, his team's lives, and the life of his boss in grave danger. And he is hell-bent on getting back at her, to break her, to make her give up the name of the organization she works for so he can bring it down. When Yulia misses checking in with her handler due to circumstances beyond her control - she's left out on her own. They disavow her and she winds up in a Russian prison where she's starved, humiliated, and mentally tortured. But she resists giving in because she's had far worse things happen to her in her life. When she's rescued by Lucas and his men - Yulia almost wishes she were back in that Russian prison because at least she would die knowing she didn't betray her country and that her brother will be safe. Being trapped in Lucas's small South American house is scarier than anything because she hates how he pushes her using her body against her. If the Russians find her, they'll kill her for escaping. If her own people find her, they'll kill her because of what she might have said. And if Lucas learns the truth about who she is, for whom she works, and whom she's protecting - Yulia isn't sure he won't kill her little brother. *The only negative I have in regard to this particular series has to do with allusions made towards the series 'Twist Me' which was released in 2015 about the aforementioned drug lord and his teenage wife - whom he kidnapped and the twisted romance they have. If I'd read Twist Me first - I would have had no problem reading Capture Me. But I feel like so much of the plot of Twist Me was revealed in Capture Me - I don't think it would've captured my attention like the Capture Me Trilogy

I really enjoyed it, more so than the first series
Audiobook: I enjoyed the narration by both these narrators. They really brought this story to life for me. There are several different characters and their performance of them were very nice with the exception of one male character performed by Ms.Rae. I was completely immersed into this fascinating world created by Ms. Zaiares and voice by Ms. Rae and Mr. Scarlato. This was a fast ride into some dark territory. The heroine grew up with darkness, lives her life in darkness and has now become responsible for an event that is going to pull her even further into it. I enjoyed both the hero and heroine. More so than I did than those in the first series, Twist Me. The hero was completely consumed with having her and keeping her. He was jealous and possessive, There were a few moments were things were a bit dubious but I felt it was less so here than in TM. Bind Me: Things really heat up here when Lucas finally has possession of Yulia. This is where things tend to get a bit sketchy in regards to dubious consent. There are layers upon layers being revealed as the story moves forward even as it begins to build upon itself. I’m not sure I can even predict where this is going to go. Claim Me: Loved this conclusion to the series. It was so fast paced and action filled with plenty of steam. It kept me guessing from the beginning onwards. I wasn’t sure how this couple were ever going to find their happy ever after or even if they did what it was going to look like. I was very pleased with where and how the author took this story. The ending made all the tragedy getting to it worthwhile. Dual POV

Lucas and julia
This was the last book I read in this series so it is fitting that I say that it was a well rounded conclusion. Anna has a way of writing that really puts you in the story. Her books are fast paced and entertaining. My absolute favorite story of hers was my first book I purchased by her and it was the wall street titans 2 book series. Although these books are of a darker nature they are good so be prepared to delve into them

La suite de la trilogie avec la mise en scène de 2 autres personnages. Toujours aussi addictif ! J'adore cet auteur et je vous invite à vous la faire découvrir ! Vive la langue anglaise et les romances de ce type

I loved this story, however I did sort of wish that Lucas was developed a little more. Some parts were repetitive, like he jsut kept saying "I'll hunt them down and their family too" about everyone who did anything and it got a little lame. I have noticed a pattern like that with the author though and sometimes I feel like I'm reading the same sentence in different parts of the book. Also, spoiler, when she escaped I didn't like that Lucas came across her by chance. I was hoping for something better like he hunted her down and got her back. Instead he just kinda found her and it wasn't as powerful or redeeming. Like oh, look, there she is... However, it was a nice book and kept me entertained.

In my opinion Anna Zaires has got to be one of the best authors around, I’ve read several of her books and found them all thoroughly enjoyable. Her characters are wonderfully written, so believable, you can’t help but sympathise with them (even though they’re not always the ‘nicest’ people). Her stories stir the emotions, I’ve cried and laughed and sometimes I’ve been shocked, but once you’ve started you’ll find you can’t put the book down. Wonderful.
