I have it working with Tasmota 12.2 only problem is the LCD versions will have a flakey LCD after you disassemble to program it. if you open it from the back left to right is 3.3V T,R, Ground. These are labelled on the other side, but if you remove the board you will get a flakey LCD as they use the rubber zebra strip for the data display. I wish they would just solder on the $0.10 header pins at the factory and charge an extra $1.00 for it so the tinkering crowd doesnt have to fight trying to ge tthe display working again.

The device was easy to install and I can now monitor my consumption and turn on and off devices and understand their electric usage. You’ll need a paid subscription to be able to extract that data and plot it in your own DB.

These units work exceptionally well and are a bargain for what they cost. The setup is simple and the eWelink app works with them very well. The WiFi connectivity was straight-forward and the stats are helpful in monitoring usage. I have not made use of the timer or power limit features, but they look to be very flexible. It was possible to configure the units to default to either "on" or "off" and in my case, "off" was essential, so that is an important feature. Highly recommended product.

I purchased this for my rental property. Rather than purchasing another meter from my utility company for my downstairs apartment which is rented out I installed this. With the app I'm able to connect and view tenants energy usage, remotely shut of power is necessary.

Este item me ha funcionado bastante bien, al principio tenia problemas porque no mostraba rl consumo pero era error mio, otra cosa es que si se cortaba la electricidad este medido se quedaba apagado cuando la electricidad regresaba y tenia que encenderlo manualmente. Hable con el soporte y me recomendaton activar algo en la app lo cual corrigio el problema. Definitivamente lo recomiendo, estoy pensando en comprar el que mide la temperatura y la humedad.

I purchased this Sonoff Power Monitor on a hunch as i couldn't find any information on it to see if it would work in a bidirectional way - ie to monitor wattage going in rather than out. I have a few sonoff products around my home and always find them to be great pieces of technology that work just how they are suppose too. You need to have the eWelink app installed to get the most out of these device, the app is free and easy to download. Connecting up this device was a breeze there are very decent quality connectors for you Live and Load inputs, and installation only took around 5 mins. Unfortunately as with all sonoff products i own there is no earth connector so i had to make my own. Once powered up i was extremely pleased to see that it was indeed bidirectional and measured the wattage and ampage coming in from my solar array. Checking the app i was able to watch the wattage from the panels increase as more sunlight hit the panels. The only thing that didn't work was the wattage as this displayed the grid wattage rather than the solar voltage, but Watts and Amps worked great. Remote control of the device was also great, i was able to switch on and off the mains portion of the device without issue from the device and the app. For standard appliance use, you can not go wrong with this energy monitor - it seems to be very accurate and will feed the data directly into the app, or you can just look at the LCD display - i do wish there was a backlight on the display as it was at times hard to read. La app funciona excelente, no falla. Lo uso para programar mi boiler electrico y asi prenederlo solamente cuando me baño. Lleva un registro de consumo excelente.

Vorteilhaftes und recht einfach zu installierender Stromzähler. Ich benutze ihn, installiert in der Stromleitung vom Balkonkraftwerk zur Einspeisesteckdose um regelmäßig den Solarertrag zu messen. Da er direkt in der Zuleitung sitzt ist die Messung recht genau, auch wenn es sich natürlich nicht um einen geeichten Zähler zu Abrechnungszwecken handelt. Gegenüber den Apps, die zu den Wechselrichtern gehören, erfolgt die Messung direkt und ständig, während die Apps meist über die Server der Betreiber die Daten anbieten. Bei Ausfällen der Server oder auch des WLAN lassen sich so Fehlangaben in den Apps im Gegensatz zu diesem Zähler manchmal nicht vermeiden. Die Angaben der Apps der Solarangabe und dieses Gerätes unterscheiden sich geringfügig.

Using this to schedule power on/off my EV car charger as I plug in the charger in evening with a auto cut off early night and then switching back on in morning. Does perfect job and power consumption reading is very accurate and precise. Definitely a recommended product for home use. Planning to buy another one for my AC as well. Price could have been slightly cheaper, but surely no complaints on the useability.
