Comfy protection from knee to mid-shin
Comfortable and they look stylish. A mild/medium chemical smell as you might expect from the D30 pads and all the stretchy material. These will provide light protection from knee to mid shin. I bought Leatt Air Flex Pro guards for comparison - the Fox guards are sleeker, the Leatt seems more like they would give more protection to direct impingement on your knee, but they have nothing on the shin. The Fox pads do not have a cutout behind the knee, but the Leatt guards do. That might be an issue after riding a while.

nice quality, don't interfere on long rides, not too hot
have a high quality feel and look good. haven't tested impact

Do the job - price was right
Some slippage off the knee when peddling often. They do an overall decent job, but wish they would stay in place more. I have skinny legs, maybe work better on beefy guys.

Decent but better options out there for the price
Fit well, protection seems good, and comfort is "okay." Problems: they bunch up behind the knee and this can get bad enough to be painful and require frequent "rearranging." The top cuff should be 2"+ higher up the thigh to help hold in place better. The D30 pads are difficult to put back in once removed (they have little "wings" that catch on everything).

Only one knee pad included
Just know that they will send a single knee pad for $100. Who TF sells a single knee pad? Lol, sending it back. So dumb…knee pad itself is nice but 2 in an order would make more sense.

Ripped on first fall
Overall fit well and we’re very comfortable. Used them about 5 times before my first fall. Back tire washed out and slid in a rather harmless skid and the pad ripped. Not sure if my knee was better of with them or not but I really expected more from these. I’ll be going to a higher level of protection for my downhill riding.
