Excellent product - must have!
The product worked as advertised. I would given it a 5 star if it wasn't for its mediocre setup instruction doesn't match what was requested on the CD installation. The install should have taken no longer than 5 minutes but it stretched out for 45 minutes as I realize the instruction was wrong in the first place.Beside the install issues, the product itself ran really well so my kids can stop fighting among themselves who get to use the main house computer. I was pleasantly surprise how responsive it was despite it uses only USB technology for this "thin" client.In summary, a must have if you have children in your household and need to stretch your computer. Considering it is only $80 without monitor/keyboard/mouse and I don't have to 'babysit' another computer, it is a huge bargain!

not to happy with it but it work
it works but they never said it do not work on all windows like Windows 7 Home Premium it only work on Windows 7 Professional Windows 7 Ultimate i get it to work on window 7 ultimate but when i try to update it, it will not update they said u have get the software from there site and that is when i get problems and now when u call them they a saying u need the have a usb hub to give it more power i am talking about NCOMPUTING NOT [...] all the video on youtube i looked at never said that even on there site too never said that

I purchased this product with the idea of using one computer for two users. If the documentation would have been complete I would have known that it would only work with a dual core. I called NComputing and they basically told me too bad and here is the correct documentation that states that it needs dual core. They would not take it back.
