It is a robust dock with some cables to get started. The documentation is minimalist with pictures on a small three-fold sheet. The required "Safety, Environmental, and Regulatory Information" CYA (Cover Your Assets), however, is very thorough in about ten languages. It was simple to setup and everything worked right out of the box. My Dell m18 R2 Alienware lap-crusher connected with my LG Slim 4K UHD Blu-ray external optical drive as well as my Seagate 28 TB Expansion hard disk drive with no issues. It seems to be a high quality solid unit. Overall I am pleased with my purchase.

Great product worked perfectly for my laptop and monitors.

This was delivered in perfect shape and it works perfectly. This is the second one, the first one worked for about 3 weeks and then quit working. Amazon made it good and was an easy process. However, I did buy the 2 year service plan on this second one.
