Love the taste of these and do what they say. Usually use the liquid IV but purchased these in bulk for my wedding hangover kits. Guests commented on the flavour. I have since re-purchased for pregnancy and fitness uses

Nice
Vidrate is the only Electrolyte powder I can stomach . The flavours are good and I actually look forward to drinking them and I do feel better . I use them in my water bottle at the gym and I do feel hydrated . Have reordered many times

Delivery far too long a wait
The item is fine. However the time it took to deliver was too long and not acceptable as I, as an Amazon prime member, expected delivery much sooner.
