Fantastic sanding block!!!
Fantastic sander. Size is perfect for small jobs. The different surfaces are very useful. Changing paper is very simple. No expensive refill paper to purchase, just use 1/4 of any sheet of sandpaper. Plan to purchase a second unit one loaded with course grit and one with fine grit paper.

It's a handy gadget for small, odd shaped jobs.
I really don't understand the bad reviews. People need instructions? Too small - didn't you check the specs first? Made out of plastic? Read the description folks. I'm a woodworker and I keep two of these with different grit paper in a bin by my bench at all times. The thing is incredibly handy to get into lots of nooks and crannies. Can clean up a routed profile, round over or ease an edge or flatten a joint easily. Also handy for making small boxes, wood pendants, or cleaning up turnings. It has flat, large convex and large concave surfaces plus the small rounded edges. Super handy for making picture frames. Yeah you are not going to sand an entire large project with it but it is great for detail work. I admit that changing the paper is something you have to get used to but after one or two times its no problem. One trick if you are having problems is with the center section removed use two black binder clips to hold the paper in place while you slide the center section back in. It takes a 1/4 sheet of standard paper like 99% of the sanding blocks or vibrating sanders out there so that isn't a valid complaint either.

Makes a boring task easier
This little gem has helped me greatly with my first furniture refinishing project. My China cabinet has several sizes and shapes of decorative moldings that need sanding, this tool has lots of options to fit each one. Changing the sandpaper was initially confusing since there were no directions, I figured out that the center slides out to allow for a fresh piece of sandpaper to be installed as needed. It fits my hand well, even though I have arthritis it's easy to use and makes the job a lot easier than just plain sandpaper.

Handy Little Block—Works on All Kinds of Shapes
This sanding block is super useful. I used it on a bunch of different surfaces—flat wood, curved edges, even some weird round spots—and it worked great. The shape makes it easy to hold, and it doesn’t slip around while you’re sanding. It’s way better than trying to fold sandpaper with your hands. You just wrap the paper around the block and go. Makes the job faster and cleaner. If you do any kind of DIY or wood stuff, this thing’s worth having in your toolbox.

Hand held Sanding Block
This sanding block out the package works really well. It contours to those areas that are hard to get to. You still may need something to get to those areas that are really intricate, however this is a handy product to keep on hand.

Awesome idea
I picked this up for a project with a lot of curved edges and tight corners. It did a fantastic job at keeping the curves even. It's easy to grip when using and it holds the sandpaper firmly. Changing out the paper is also simple. It seems very durable so far, doesn't take up much space in my toolbox, and was well worth the cost.
