Amazon Basics Extra Thick Exercise Yoga Mat with Carrying Strap

I’m new to stretching and recovery classes, and there is a lot of floor work. I was using the gym mats, but my knees, lower back, and glutes were hurting from being on the floor. This mat is the perfect thickness and feels wonderful during floor exercises. It gives me the extra cushion I need without being difficult to use. It’s also lightweight, durable, easy to clean, and easy to roll up for transport. The pink makes me smile. That said , the mat makes the classes more enjoyable.

Perfect exercise mat. It is nice and thick, and comfortable to kneel and lay on. Can't comment on durability, but so far, so good. Recommended.

I bought this for my service dog to lay on in restaurants, etc. It's super thick and soft. I cut it in half and I'm using the other half for my dog to lay on in the car. Excellent quality and I love the carry strap.

I absolutely loved the color, and it offers incredible cushioning without sacrificing stability during balance poses. It is dense, doesn't lose its shape, and springs back instantly. SO comfortable! It feels like a soft memory foam padding. I use it for several exercise classes and it is great for all of my needs! I love the strap it comes with to keep it rolled up in between classes and the ability to carry it anywhere.

This yoga mat is very comfortable and thicker than a regular yoga mat. The quality is excellent, and it doesn't have that strong rubber smell that many mats have. I'm very happy with it!

Nach mehreren Monaten regelmäßiger Nutzung hat sich meine Befürchtung der Materialermüdung zum Glück nicht bestätigt. Anfangs war der Geruch gewöhnungsbedürftig, jedoch ist dieser schnell verflogen. Ich kann das Produkt jedem empfehlen, der Zuhause Sport machen möchte.

Thick & very soft. Good for my knees & elbows during workouts. Planks don't hurt my elbows at all & I'm able to hold longer than before. 100% Anti slip. Much better than 4mm mats. Value for money.

On ne sent pas la dureté du sol, ce qui rend les séances beaucoup plus agréables. La couleur noire est sobre et élégante, exactement ce que je recherchais. J’apprécie aussi l’élastique et la anse qui permettent de le maintenir bien enroulé et de le transporter facilement. C’est un produit pratique, confortable et de bonne qualité. Je recommande !
