Just right!
I had to squeeze the visor in using a vice, but it fit perfectly. I do not think using a vice can be avoided. It is a good product.

Works, but HARD to install
After two decades, the plastic in my Wrangler is getting brittle. These seem to be OEM replacements that will presumably last another 20 years in this hot, Southern climate. They look and operate exactly like the hold ones.The tough part is pushing on the new lock washer. Without some type of special tooling, it is TOUGH! There's very little give in that thing, and the hole isn't big enough by design. After much cussing, it was finally forced on by pushing it on against a torque wrench bit to support the outside.

You can do it!
There are no instructions on how to install rhe washer and that's fine; if you own a Jeep you must be handy with tools and should have a working brain.In my case I used a socket a tad smaller than the washer, a piece of wood as a base and a rubber mallet.Happy costumer here!

Retainer clip
Be careful with the retainer clip. They are very thin and break easily.
