Bought this product like 4-5 years ago and still have the same setup and light bulbs. I’m pleased with quality, reliability, stability and how light and portable the light are to move around.

I waited a few weeks to do this review as I wanted to see how they worked long term. Sizing: These are very large. Found them to be much bigger than I had anticipated. So be sure you have an area large enough to accommodate them. Assembly: These where very easy to set up and use. There is not alot of work needed. And it took maybe about 5 minutes to have them up and ready for use. Quality: These are as I expected. The poles are very light, which is a plus for me. I would like if the for lack of better working "screws" to keep the height were stronger. I did find that once in a while they would slip down and i would have to adjust them up again. NOTE: Be sure to keep the boxes your light bulbs come in. Although you do get a nice bag to put everything in for storage/moving there is NO where to safely put the bulbs. So be sure to save your boxes! The lighting on these is fantastic! I had had a very hard time finding a good way to get images of my stickers without the lights distorting the coloring on them. This did the trick and am finally happy to say after many dollars spent on stuff that didn't work, this finally made me do a happy dance!

This light package is sold for a good price. The lighting quality is good but could be better. There is only one light switch option, different levels of brightness would have been a better option. It did provide good lighting but I needed it to be brighter. The stands are stable and adjust well to the height that you need the light for.

This product is perfect if you're looking for higher quality in your work, whether it's photography or video recording. I highly recommend it because it's perfect and has several light tones.

It does flicker and changes color on its own. I recently had to throw two out because they would spray an image out onto the walls and ceiling that was a circle swirling causing nausea and eye problems. It seemed like it was activated every time I got up to walk around. using thermal camera and IR based surveillance, I caught strange images coming from it displayed onto my walls and ceiling. The same ones that were displaying outside from the street lamps and showing up in my surveillance home footage. Theres something weird here and not sure if the lights are getting hacked due to the onboard computers now being included in our lights or whether it’s just a failure of the manufacturers. Or, if it’s in the lights themselves. The lamps look to be OEM types, no clear ownership, Chinese manufacturer. Still, it’s the only options we have, all LEDs are coming from there. It’s not my job to quality test their products. All I know is this is weird and seems an invasion of privacy if they’re tracking our movements and effecting our cognition like this with lighting we have no choice to buy. The attached video shows what I’m describing. There is no light behind me only above me so there should be no shadow cast on the wall yet there is and it’s moving as I move my arm. In addition there is a circular light moving on the brown sound board. There is also flickering, which is even more detectable if the video is slowed down using slo-motion. This was taken by the home surveillance camera. The two pictures show the strong IR spraying my apartment, not from the cameras because the light is on, thus the IR would only activate if it was dark.

The light stands are very small and are not great quality. The screws are not quality and after a couple of uses, are already acting like the threads are stripping. The lights are great and the softboxes are very easy to set up.
