Switched to this brand due to not containing aluminum. So glad I did! You can taste the difference within the food. I do not alter any measurements, I use the exact same amount as I did with the baking powder containing aluminum. Food comes out delicious and greater quality! Wish I had made the switch sooner!

Order this every six months or so since none of my local stores carry aluminum-free baking powder, this is perfect quality.
