Awesome non-stick pan. I burned the bottom of my meatloaf and it came right off!!

Good sturdy 13x9” pan. Great value. Bakes evenly. Also, have the 8x8” pan. Good Cook is a great brand at a reasonable price. Plan on buying more of their products.

This replaces a 40yo heavy pyrex pan. Wonderful pan, but my arthritic hands can't handle it anymore, let alone wash it. So, this one is good enough and it's sturdy, non-stick and built well so it doesn't warp. Yay.

What's to say it's a pan oh lightweight.

Good and functional product

I bought the Good Cook 13x9 Bake & Roast Pan expecting… well, a pan. What I got instead was a sturdy, dependable kitchen sidekick that makes me feel like I’ve finally entered my “competent adult” era. It heats evenly, cleans easily, and doesn’t warp or wobble like the questionable pans of my past. My son has already declared that when I make from‑scratch cinnamon rolls in it, he gets “the biggest one.” I told him that’s not how parenting works, but honestly, with how perfectly this pan bakes, they might all come out big enough to avoid negotiations entirely. He’s been hovering around the kitchen like a cinnamon‑roll‑seeking satellite ever since it arrived. If this pan performs as well as it promises, I may never need another one. Five stars, zero regrets, and maximum cinnamon‑roll potential.

I just got these today and they are such a good deal! Exactly as advertised, arrived quickly, and you can't beat the price.

Handy pan for roasting food

今回は20年位前に米国内で購入したGood Cook同サイズのPanの買い替えである。くっつきにくいコーティングがなされてはいるが、傷がつくと錆びる為、使用時には油を塗ったり(同社サイトのレシピではクッキングスプレーを使用している）、ベーキングシートを引くこと、金属たわしや硬いスポンジで強くこすらないことをお勧めする。 以前のPanは当初は焼き菓子に、近年はラザーニャやエンチラーダなどの料理に活用してきたが、チーズやソースなどの焦げ付きを落とす際に傷がつき、使用のたびに錆びを落とすのが大変となったための買い替えが必要になった。以前のものと手触りが異なるので、強度が改良されていることを願いたい。 コーティングの強度に心配（この点が星を4つとした理由）があっても本製品を購入したのは、外寸と値段である。実は本製品の購入前に、同サイズの別製品を購入したのだが、コーティングは素晴らしかったのだが持ち手部分が両側合わせて1.5センチ程度大きいために、米国のように大きくない日本のガスオーブンの扉が閉まらないという悲しい事がお起きてしまった。写真から外寸は変わっていないと判断し購入たが、多少デザインは変わったものの外寸はぴったり同じで、オーブンに収まってくれたのがうれしかった。 また日本国内のレシピはこのサイズのパンを使うものはなく、あまり使われないサイズであることから、日本国内で流通している同サイズのものは輸入品のみ、それも少量での輸入のためほとんどが、今の為替レートで考えても定価の3-5倍となっているのがほとんどとなっている。いくら何でも・・・とダメもとで探したら、この販売元はほぼ購入時の為替レート換算で送料なしとなんと良心的な価格設定であることか！感謝感激である。 次に買い替えが必要になった時には行き過ぎた円安が修正されていることを願いたい。
