Exactly as described and quite a large roll. My son required it to use under strapping for his athletics (shot putt thrower). It worked really well. Stops the strapping/tape sticking to your skin so it removes easily. A must for anyone competing. Will definitely purchase again.

Great quality. Easy to put on and easy to remove. I use it for keeping shin pads in place while playing football. It seems to be more expensive than elsewhere, but the convenience and free delivery with Prime make it well worth it.

I use it to help me with my new shoes as they are a bit tight and causing blister at the back of my feet, just cut some out and use under a plaster, it really helps and I don't think I'll finish them in near future
