This is a huge time saver! Our last paper folder was 15-30 years old (no one really knew how old it was) and it required a huge amount of maintenance. This one is so much easier to work with and it's such a space safer from the one we previously had. I love how small it is and it gets the job done quickly! It is a little pricey for how much they're asking but if it's a long-term machine you're looking for, this one will get the job done. This machine is the same brand as our previous one so we know it's a reliable and quality company to go with!

I've been using this for a while now and it has saved me a ton of time. It seems to be a solid unit and it has worked reliably. I have had very few jams. But here's what I don't love. I meticulously lined everything up and set all the parameters, but it doesn't fold the sheets *perfectly* in half. There's always about an 1/8" overhang on the fold. Now I'm guessing that if I understood how to troubleshoot this unit a bit better that I could fix that, but it seems like if you line up all of the guides for the type of paper that you are folding, that it should just work - and not require tweaking. If the lines that are printed on the guides aren't accurate, then that's a manufacturing issue. If it requires tweaking, then that should also be more clearly explained. But I really don't like it when I spend a lot of money on a machine that doesn't just *work*. Having said that, this machine isn't a piece of crap - it has saved me a ton of time and I'm grateful for that. I just can't give it 5 stars if it doesn't work perfectly.

Absolutely a must have for my profession. I run a small business where I mail out about 3,000 notices in February and this made my process so much easier. Yes, the catch basket is a dumb design, but I'm not going to knock this unit down for that since all the other machines I've seen have the same style catch basket. I just stood there and directed the folded papers with my hands. Overall, I should have bought this machine years ago. 5 stars and 2 big thumbs up!

Initially the unit worked fine, but it started acting up soon after. The stacker is as worthless as it looks. Papers will flip over to the wrong side. Papers will fall sideways and will land on the floor. It's basically impossible to get the papers out in the same order as they enter. The papers will stall out on exiting the machine and the next paper will cross over the previous. Sometimes a paper will end up inside of another one. Some papers will end up on the floor and you won't know where in the stack they belong. It's a mess. I tried contacting the company to get a different machine, but they refused. This machine doesn't work. They know it, but they sell it anyway.

Works very well in folding pamphlets. If too much paper is added, it will jam. Sometimes I have to adjust settings but overall, very good.

This machine is not great. I’ve folded about 5,000 sheets of paper on this now and must insert papers one by one. The machine will grab multiple at a time and absolutely shred and tear the papers it grabs. It’s too expensive to work so badly. The collection management is also bad. Papers often fall out of the catch…tray? If you can call it a tray. On the subject, the metal “tray” came to me rusted and I’m wondering if it was a used model. It isn’t just rusted in a corner or something, it has rust spots throughout the metal rods. I need this machine to do my job, but I would just fork up the extra money for a better one with a conveyor collection and horizontal feed tray.

This unit does the job. Still feel like I got burned as seller has another model less expensive "in stock" but everytime I ordered they would refund due to being out of stock. Watched that unit for 9 months and ordered several times to no avail. Got stuck paying a couple hundred more.

This folder works beautifully. I had it assembled in about 5 minutes. Definitely need to follow the instructions as to fold type, paper size, etc. But that only takes a minute. I was impressed with how sturdy the machine was. I was expecting plastic, but it's actually metal! I highly recommend it. I was pleased that it allowed hand feed for multiple pages. The only thing missing was a counter, but I can manage that with my printing.

I love this machine! Wow it is quick and comes ready set for tri fold to fit into standard envelopes. Super awesome !

Folds well with no jamming, but it is loud.
