The taste is great of the smashin passion orange. The pump from 3D is unreal. I use 2 scoops and no matter the workout the muscles are always full of blood. First, I will say that I love the Evogen Brand products. A little expensive but you get what you pay for. I was using EVP Xtreme N.O. Preworkout since 2020. Hands down, this was the best preworkout that I’ve used in 12 years of using preworkouts. The pumps were crazy, the focus was intense and I would throw weights around like The Hulk. In late 2021 I decided to take a break from all caffeine and stimulant related products. So I switched to Evogen EVP 3D. And I was NOT disappointed. I still got all of the crazy pumps, focus, and Hulk-like abilities without any of the stimulants that would keep me up until 3 in the morning. I went through 4-5 jars of the EVP 3D with no disappointments. If it’s not broke don’t fix it right? Well, that’s until I reordered my latest jar which arrived last week. I gave it 3 tries at the gym and I was disappointed every time. The first thing I noticed was the vibrating focus wasn’t there. It’s that focus where your whole body is charged. My weightlifters know what I mean. Then I noticed that my pumps weren’t pumping. I used to get an intense pump after my first set but with the new formula it would take me 3-4 sets to get my pump going. And then it’s not a lasting pump. By the time I leave the gym, I am already flat. I used to press 115lbs dumbbells on the flat bench but now I find myself struggling to get through a set of 100lbs. I don’t know what changed with the formula but after taking Evogen preworkout for over 2 years, I know when something is different. I will go back to the stimulant version but if the pump and focus isn’t there, then sadly Evogen will lose a loyal customer.
