Constanly Jamming
Love the idea, however, it is constantly jamming and takes some finesse to unjam.

Knife dispenser keeps jamming
The Fork and Spoon dispensers work quite well. The knife dispenser keeps jamming. I would like to return just the knife dispenser and have it replaced but there is no place available to email the company asking for help on just replacing the knife dispenser.

Frequent jams
I really want to like this product, but the utensils get jammed constantly, especially the knives. Multiple times a day we have to unjam utensils from the towers. We were forced to find a more reliable solution.

Bought on webstaurant, completely worthless. Gets jammed up every 5th time or more.

CONSTANTLY STUCK
The utensils will consistently get jammed. I only use the approved utensils and still they are always getting stuck. Fixing it is a huge hassle and not possible to do in the middle of serving breakfast to an entire restaurant. Ended up having to go a different route for utensil presentation.
