I have used this for years. I have gray hair. This keeps my natural color looking beautiful.

Very Nice Product for fragile hair.
It is very gentle. The color does build up. The silver is good for removing brassiness, the Steel color may be too dark ( unless that it what you want). It is expensive and worth it.

Great shampoo, but leaked all over the bag in shipping.
Love this for my gray hair. Darkens it up slightly so it’s not so stark and there is no weird purple tinge like other shampoos. However, the top has a tendency to get stopped up and if it drips on the tub and you don’t notice, it will stain it. I do think it’s a little pricey but there again what isn’t. When it arrived it had leaked all over. Luckily it was in a plastic bag, but after I cleaned that mess up, I noticed that the top does not close all the way.

Made my scalp hurt
Definitely deposits color. I liked the scent, which doesn't linger, and it didn't feel too drying, though I've certainly tried more nourishing shampoos. I'm giving it only 3 stars because it made my scalp hurt. I don't have a history of sensitivity to hair or beauty products, but this shampoo left my scalp feeling raw and burning. I tried it twice, a week apart to let my scalp recover in between. The raw feeling occurred both times. If you know you won't have the same feeling, this might be for you! (I color my hair myself at home, but I don't use a lot of other products. Maybe if you're used to a wide variety of things, you won't run into the same problem.)

The lid should have been taped shut! Leaked everywhere
This bottle was 1/2 empty. The lid was not taped shut and there was purple shampoo everywhere. The plastic it was wrapped in was completely full of purple shampoo. It was a mess. I paid for a half empty bottle of shampoo. Im very disappointed. The lid should have been taped shut. It is a click open and it was open.
