These are a good set for many uses. I ordered mine to make down rigger line release clips. The cable is good and strong, while the crimps are sturdy. I like the pliers too, because they are ergonomic and robust. The lock is easy to use both ways as demonstrated in the video. I appreciate that the cable was wrapped in plastic so it didn't arrive unspooled and messy. That is my job and I want the opportunity! Good way to keep track of your Gopher traps. works, keeps them from getting lost

I bought this to make cable supports for shade sails. I wasn't super confident in the ferrels at first but they've had very heavy loads in 50mph winds on them and have held strong. I've since made many cables to hang bird feeders, deck decor, etc. Very handy set.

I bought this primarily to hang string lights, and it was a good choice. I think it was quality parts and worked as advertised, however, some of the clip attachments were not shipped as shown in the picture.

Great worked as it should. I purchased this to use to add to my dog proof coon traps to use on some home made ground ground anchors. This wire is great for dog proof coon traps.

Easy to use and very strong. I was looking for something to string metal pipe for wind chimes. Not only do they look nice but they are very durable. The pliers cut the cable easily and crimps the connecters with little effort. I have found many uses for the cable from hanging plants to gate latch releases. I even made a temporary clothes hanger in the backseat of my truck for when I am traveling.

I used this kit to wire the chromebook chargers in my classroom to power strips so students can't walk off with them. It is working well to prevent theft but the cutters are already dull which made it difficult to wire up the last couple of chargers. They lasted for about 30 cuts.

Useful. I temporarily hung my birdseed houses up with heavy duty string. From top and sides because its so windy here. The squirrels started knawing at the side pieces and stealing it for bedding!!! Luckily I have my cable kit now and the strings are removed, cut up and given to the squirrels as gifts of warm bedding! My bird seed houses hold a LOT of seed and are quite heavy when full and this cable is certainly strong-enough to support them. Dandy!
