Way better than expected!
Beautiful alternative to disposal plasticware. Bought these for a Thanksgiving gathering and was a bit concerned that they would not be sturdy and / or sharp enough for the turkey and sides. I was also concerned about splinters and potential ' leaching' into all the soupy ( gravy) and acidic ( cranberry sauce) foods.- changing the taste and becoming less sturdy over time. NOT TO WORRY !! This bamboo cutlery worked marvelously ! NO SPLINTERS and/ or WEIRD TASTE!!! and the serrated edges of the knives handled the turkey great. Everyone loved them. We will attempt to compost the more heavily soiled, used cutlery - and hopefully they will degrade. I was able to actually hand wash some of the less soiled/ used ones in hot , soapy water and air dry to use in the future. That's how durable these are ! I would highly recommend this product. A bit pricy, but worth it !

Earth friendly supplies
Very nice and sturdy. I bought two boxes for my daughter-in law's baby shower. I was trying to find some biodegradable party supplies. I want to think green for the next generation. I especially like size and the forks design.

Had on hand, but most of food was appetizers, so not much used. Bamboo means there are some spots that may show up, so if going for a look, be aware.

Durable and very useful
These bamboo utensils are very durable, easy to clean, and fairly strong for how thin and light they are. They have stood up to repeated hand washing in high temp water. Even after multiple uses, none of my utensils have split, cracked, or broken. A single spoon even stood up to being used to mix a thick paste and only mildly bent while in use.
