Simple to install. The remote hose is longer than most others. When I opened my order from Amazon I noticed a missing part. It was the absence of the remote shower head. Despite my efforts, the part could not be sent to me. I contacted Moen directly. They took care of it immediately. Great service. The unit is expensive for a plastic assembly but it works well, and looks great. In the long run, it's worth the price.

Excellent choice for our recent bathroom remodel! The adjustable shower head & handheld spray are exactly what we had hoped for. The brushed nickel is beautiful and the water pressure is excellent (however, we removed 2 water savers from the larger head, not from the spray). Showering is like a spa experience! Highly recommend.

I went back-and-forth on shower heads for an obscenely long amount of time I kept coming back to this one because the reviews seemed to indicate that the pressure was good. In my experience so far, which has been about a month, I would agree. I think the pressure on the handheld nozzle in particular is really nice. The overhead is more of a rainfall sensation. You can switch it to full overhead, full handheld, or half and half. When I wash my hair I do full handheld and it does a great job. There’s also different modes for the water like a softer vs a more jet stream. The magnetic piece that connects the handheld to the base of the shower is an extremely strong magnet, which is nice. The color is really pretty and it looks very expensive (as it should because it is pretty expensive). My installer didn’t have any issues installing it. It feels like a high quality metal. I wish it came with a mixer or recommended one to go with it but I ended up getting the moen align also in brushed gold and it looks great together.

Beautiful, but with a couple of real drawbacks First, I want to say this is a beautiful showerhead. The design and finish look high-end and match my bathroom perfectly. That said, my three-star rating is for two issues I wish I had paid more attention to before buying. 1) Finish maintenance: If fingerprints or water spots bother you, I would not recommend this set. I also have the matching faucet, and both show watermarks and fingerprints constantly. I feel like I’m wiping them down all the time, and they are surprisingly difficult to keep clean. 2) Water flow restriction: The included eco/performance valve restricted the water flow so much that the shower was almost unusable. It completely changed the experience, to the point where I didn’t even enjoy showering. I ultimately had to remove the valve to make it functional. Overall, it’s a great-looking product, but between the maintenance and the restricted water flow, it didn’t fully meet my expectations.

Just had it installed. It was defective but the return window has closed. The hose has a plastic insert in the knob; it snapped. The gasket on the inside was broken. It sprayed water upwards. Very unhappy. For the price, I am very unhappy.

I was disappointed by the amount of plastic. For the price you would think they could at least use metal of some type. Seams a bit cheaply made. looks nice. 3.5 would be a better star rating

I bought all three pieces — the shower arm, the handheld sprayer, and the trim kit — because I am DONE negotiating with my shower every morning like it’s some man who “doesn’t know what I want.” Installed these and suddenly my water pressure isn’t gaslighting me anymore. The temperature actually stays where I put it. And for once, my shower isn’t acting like it’s doing me a favor by turning on. Everything matches, everything works, and not a single piece has tried to argue with me. Honestly, if the rest of my house behaved this well, I’d be unstoppable. Beautiful product and very versatile. It's always a struggle to find something that looks elegant at the same time practical and most importantly not too costly. I think this meets all criteria. Highly recommended.

Unit is pricey, but worth it, well made unit that gives you great options and not difficult to adjust Quality made product!

Ridiculous it does not even come with the shower arm and flange. Budget another $120 for that.
