Specialist ID Detachable Loop String Connector Lanyard/Key Ring Adapter for USB Flash Drive, Cell Phone, Small Camera

This was perfect for my purpose. I wear a badge around a lanyard and I kept a Yubi key on the end of the lanyard. It was inconvenient using the yubi key with the lanyard until I got these. Now I snap it on and off of the lanyard- very cool. It seems very secure too. It doesn’t seem to weaken or wear such that I’d lose the key as I move about.

Simple yet they work. I buy these to use with my airpods. I attach them to my bags. Its simple to click them off, charge, and snap them back. I haven't had one break.

Great for fishing—If you drop your waterproof phone, it is still gone forever if you drop it in a river or lake. The cord is small enough to fit in the corner attachment point to LifeProof or other cases with an attachment point. Then, I attach the other end of the clip to a fishing “Zinger” type retractor (available on Amazon or fishing stores) which has a small retracting cord to attach it to my belt loop or fishing vest. I have had phone come out of my pocket during whitewater rafting; it was safely attached while I swam through rapids—taking a great video. MUCH better than the length of rubber/plastic cords which constantly get tangled everywhere. Go Zinger. The Booms Fishing RG retractor has retractor and clip sold together, but I’m not sure of quality. Some retractors are worthless and fail quickly. Simms is expensive but durable. I leave the cord and 1/2 of clip on my phone, which I find handy, even when not attached to the retractor. I leave the other end of clip on my wader strap or shirt or belt loop, depending on what I’m doing. Unclipped, my phone is free, but can immediately be easily attached for security from loss.

I REALLY like these a lot and use them all over my kayak - especially to hold down the solar panel. When it gets windy, 4 "clicks" and the panel comes off and out of the waves. However, there is one reason I deducted a star! I bought 4 packs of these so far and they ARE NOT ALL THE SAME! In other words, you can't necessarily buy two packs and have the male parts mesh with the female parts! But I looked at them VERY carefully and finally figured it out. On one set, I can make a tiny grind (like about 1mm) on the tiny "shelf" of the male clasp portion... and then they all work together interchangeably. I don't know if I got from different production lots or if the manufacturing quality isn't that good. I just bought another 5 pack, so hopefully these won't also need the grinding method.

Use this to hold my controller for my e-collar on a lanyard around my neck,works very well….secure..

It's a good product, but I should have done more research on the size head. What I currently have now is too small and won't set properly with these, so now they're laying around without use. I'll check with a friend to see if he needs/wants them, but just double check and make sure that they're the appropriate size (other than that, they snap with each other very well. That's the main reason why I'm not returning them)

Perfect to add small items to a key ring or necklace. Will be buying a bunch of these again.

Good for attaching USB keys to computers -- just a little short for most effective functionality.
